- Comment: It didnt make good on its promise. Quality of sound is ok. No wind blocking at all and I hear an echo when making calls. I know they want to sell products, however, there is a fine line between "marketing" and lying.

- Comment: This product is bulky- while I can be heard clearly it does not fit into my ear & keeps falling out, need additional size ear buds, or something else because I have to hold it to my ear to listen which inadvertenly causes me to hang up on people. I find the plastic mouth piece to be flimsy.

- Comment: It is outstanding and works great. It is not wind proof if you are trying to make it fail. If you turn on your air conditionier and point it directly at the head set you will then hear some wind noise and only then. Everyone thinks you are on a land line. The reason I purcahsed this head set was because on plantronics web site it said "the blue tooth that doed not sound like a blue tooth" and that made me convienced to try it.

- Comment: I am not too impressed with this bluetooth. Im not sure what to expect since ive never had one before but it is a little choppy. I sent the first one i received back and the second one does work much better so i may have received a defective one. It has issues from time to time but overall connects well and works good.

- Comment: This is probably the best bluetooth I have ever used. I loved the quality, wind reduction and sound.
However - the dang thing kept slipping off my ear!!! If you have small ears that are flat to your head - this will not work for you.
It is such a good product though, I gave it to my husband and he has no problem with it.
