- Comment: I have tried and tried to make this fit on my ear well and can't. The piece that fits around the ear is not shaped well for my ear and holds the Jawbone at a funny angle. The piece that fits in my ear usually won't stay in place and when it does it causes pain in my ear from too much pressure. The smaller version of the in-the-ear piece doesn't hold the Jawbone in place at all. This is useless to me and I would like to return it.

- Comment: I don't know how many devices I've tried, looking for one that doesn't make me want to scream and stomp on it. This one hasn't been stomped on yet -- it's less annoying than any other one I've tried, so I'll keep it around for awhile!

- Comment: So I called up Jawbone support for some help. After 25 minutes of being dressed down by JawBone Techs for buying my headset on-line at Amazon. They then told me that I don't qualify for a warranty since I bought this on line, and so it was "probably counterfeit".
The product itself is mediocre. The battery doesn't last very long 3 hours talk time max.
The 2.5 noise assasin still has a long way to go.
Voices are changed. Noise assasin seems like it is a band-pass/notch filter. Give your money to a company not so deeply concerned lining the pockets of their retail distribution channels. (WorstBuy)
I will never purchase anything else from JawBone.

- Comment: This is a very cool earpiece. The sound reproduction is most excellent and the noise blocking is amazing. This is the only earpiece I've tried that really blocks noise without blocking speech. People that I talk to don't know I'm in a car with the sunroof open.
The only down side is the fit in my ear is awkward. I wish it came with a decent over the ear loop instead of the token one it has.
Other than that it's head & tails better than plantronics and Blue Ant.
